Mira and My Experience❣️

Over the years I have learned more and more about my body and I will be the first person to tell you that it can be confusing! There is so much to know and so much that Doctors and period tracking apps do not tell you. To start, when you log your cycle on a tracking app there is no way for it to know your hormone levels (this is the most important part) it really just gives you a ballpark estimate of when ovulation occurs and when your next period may be due. When I thought about it this way that really confused me! I was questioning how we all can fit into this “one size fits all” category when all of our bodies are SO different. Fast forward to a few months ago when my husband and I decided we were ready to have a baby this is when I learned even more how confusing this time can really be. I purchased a pack of ovulation strips and never even ended up using them because I heard how confusing they could be and to be honest just didn’t want to deal with the stress/confusion.

I was introduced to the Mira Fertility tracker and thought this was such a cool idea! Not only is it personalized to you, but it also tests your hormones with 99% accuracy and is extremely simple to use, so no confusion or second guessing. The tracker comes with test strips in which you insert into the small device (it’s so cute and tiny and also comes with a travel case!) and your results pop up on the screen. It also connects to the free Mira App so you can see day to day results rather than saving test strips and going back and looking at them each day. This is not only for people trying to conceive either! The Mira Fertility Tracker is also amazing for trying to avoid pregnancy since it tracks when your peak fertile days are which in turn will show you when there is a high chance of conceiving. It’s also great for managing irregular cycles caused by PCOS or hormone imbalances, accurate cycle tracking, tracking hormones for fertility treatments and tracking estrogen.

With Mira Fertility Plus, you’re able to see your estrogen and LH levels, know your cycle phases, hormone patterns, and all fertile/infertile days with 99% accuracy.

I linked the Mira Fertility tracker HERE and I also have a code to get you $25 off your purchase of the Mira Fertility Plus Starter Kit code is Tara25. I also did want to mention that this device is HSA/FSA eligible if you have this benefit through your insurance!

Sephora Sale Picks💄

The Sephora sale only happens a few times a year and I use it as a time to stock up on all my essentials and to also try out some new products since this is a HUGE discount for makeup items especially. I will name a few of my favorites and why I love them below. I am VERY selective when it comes to makeup and skincare so I really only talk about my absolute favorites in this post- most of the products in the first image are products I have been using for over a year most of them I have used for 3+ years and have tried out other products but keep coming back to these. I linked all my favorites below!

Hourglass Bronzer: I have literally tried 15+ different bronzers all at different price points. This one is not cheap but its the only one that does not make me look orange and I can use it all year long. This layers really nicely so if you want a little more color in the summer I can easily just add a little extra.

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray: These is another splurge item but it smells SO good and it also gives me hair a textured almost messy (but still neat) look. I usually flip my head over and spray on my roots after I curly or blow dry and it adds a ton of volume.

IGK First Class dry Shampoo- this stuff is GOLD. I have tried every drug store dry shampoo and some dry bar ones and none of them even come close to this one. It doesn’t leave a white residue and it actually works. This has helped me go days in between washes.

It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation: this is a relatively new product for me but I absolutely love it. I wanted something I could wear daily and had a more buildable coverage and also something I could feel good about wearing on my skin daily. THIS IS IT! I have noticed such a huge difference in my skin after I started using this and I don’t worry about wearing it daily since it doesn’t clog your pores and is actually helping your skin.

These are just a few of my favorites! I linked some others below along with some new products I purchased to try out! The sale runs through April 19th so stock up now!

Nursery Reveal 👶🏻 🍼

I am SOO excited to finally share this room with you guys! This has been a work in progress for the last few months and I am so happy with how it came out 😭. I will say getting furniture during these times is not easy! We waited several months for most items to come in. Most of the larger pieces are from Restoration Hardware Baby and Child linked HERE. I loved these pieces because mostly eveything (minus the glider) can be used for years and years.

Some other items we picked out like our rug was from boutique rugs (we actually got all of our rugs from here and they are amazing quality and the designs looks super expensive for the low price tag) The one we decided on is linked HERE. Some of my other favorite items are THIS lamp linked here. I also linked some of the other little decorative items below!

Rug linked below. TNSTYLED60 will get you 60 percent off all rugs
