Easy Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip??

I am a sucker for anything buffalo! My weakness is definitely buffalo chicken dip? so I wanted to do a skinny version! And best part is its cooked in a crock pot so you don’t have to dirty dishes OR stand over the stove. You basically just throw everything in and let it cook. SO simple and yummy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 (about 1.5lbs) Chicken Breasts (or rotisserie chicken shredded)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 Cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup non-fat Greek Yougurt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons dry ranch seasoning/mix

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Cook your chicken in the crockpot for about 4 hours on high or 6-7 on low. If you are using precooked rotisserie chicken you just have to shred it. (if you are using precooked rotisserie chicken you dont need the crock pot you can just do the following steps in a pot on the stove)

2.) Once the chicken is cooked, shred it. Empty out the excess water the chicken cooked in. Once emptied, add in the rest of your ingredients. Stir together and let cook together on low for about 30-45 minutes.

3.) Serve with Tortilla chips, carrots, Celery, pita chips, potato wedges or my new favorite is have the buffalo dip in a taco wrap! SO good and makes for a perfect dinner.
