Health Tip Tuesday: At Home Immunity Shot

I have always loved any cold pressed and healthy juices! For as long as I can remember I have always drank cold pressed juices and I truly really enjoyed them and still do! I came across immunity shots one flu season and absolutely loved them. I was taking one each and every day and I really felt healthy and energized from these! So fast forward a few months and I was purchasing immunity shots that were costing me about $6 a day. This was adding up! So I looked at the ingredients list and was easily able to recreate the recipe at home. It consisted of Ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper and turmeric. I usually make enough for a few days and store it in a mason jar in the fridge. I will warn you these do not taste great LOL but they are loaded with immune boosting ingredients and I personally also feel way more energized.

Recipe (this makes 2 shots feel free to double or triple)

  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1/4 cup Ginger juice- i purchased the ginger people one off amazon (I will link below) but feel free to juice your own.
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix the above together I use a mason jar and distribute into two shot glasses and drink up!
