I always get a little sad at the start of August because that means Summer will soon be coming to and end. It always goes by so quickly! I really don’t know where July went this year. It seriously flew by! I guess having a newborn at home and a very long to do list will probably partially explain why I think it went so fast haha. Luke will be 3 months old in a little over a week and it is giving me all the feels. I feel like it was just May and he was a tiny little guys. Well he’s still tiny but growing FAST. Moral of my story here is time goes by way too fast!
With that being said I am not ready to let go of Summer yet. I found this dress from one of my favorite online stores, Red Dress and thought it was the prefect neutral yet fun dress to wear through August and with a jean jacket in September! Dresses are one of my favorite transition pieces since its so easy to throw a dress on with a Denim jacket or Cadigan and some boots in the Fall and sandals and a hat in the Summer months. The color of this dress is also so gorgeous! I am a neutral girl but I will occasionally reach for a more colorful piece during the Summer months. I am linking up full outfit details below!
