The Best Fruit Salad

I am a huge fan of fruit! Melons, Berries, citrus fruits, apples you name it and I am a fan (everything except bananas haha). Especially during the summer months you will always find my fridge stocked with all the seasonal fruit. I think it makes for the perfect dessert, breakfast or snack! I know many of us have some picky eaters so this is a way to make fruit salad a bit fun! It’s also a great idea if you are bringing dessert somewhere and want to spice your fruit salad up a bit!

There really isn’t a set “recipe” for this fruit salad. You can use whatever fruit you want. I try to stay away from apples and bananas just because they don’t really hold up very well for hours/days at a time. I normally will use melons, berries, oranges and grapes! I didn’t have any oranges to include when I made this the other night but they are SO good. Think orange creamsicles and who doesn’t love those! You also want to let this sit in the fridge overnight so the pudding powder can turn into somewhat of a glaze on the fruit. Another thing you can change up is you can use sugar free pudding mix but I normally opt for the original one. Let me know what you guys think!

Recipe:

  • Berries
  • melons
  • grapes
  • oranges
  • Vanilla pudding powder (you can use the original or sugar free)

Directions:

Wash and dry your produce and cut into pieces. I use about half the packet of pudding mix but you can use as much or as little as you like! Let it sit in the fridge overnight and ENJOY! This will last in the fridge for 2-3 days but I promise you It will be gone before then!
