If you have been following me on Instagram and TikTok the last few Mondays I have been posting a new series featuring my husband, Mark! We have been sharing easy recipes that Mark likes to make (don’t worry they are all VERY simple) which is why I wanted to start this series.
This week we made some Omelette Bread Boats! They are a quick and easy breakfast that you can make ahead of time. These are perfect to make on the weekend and heat up for an easy weekday breakfast. You can also easily customize these and add in whatever toppings you like. We did some peppers, onions, cheese and bacon this week but spinach, tomato and feta cheese is another yummy option!

- 1/3 cup Milk
