I have always been obsessed with plaid but when its Tartan plaid I am even more in love! I love that this skirt can be easily dressed up or down- I wore it with sneakers one day and then dressed it up a bit more with a bodysuit and black boots- you could even throw a pair of tights or heels on with this skirt and wear an off white sweater or bodysuit.
