Black and White Animal Print Outfit

Happy Monday Everyone!

The perfect way to start off the week is with this faux leather snake print mini skirt. It’s so different and I love it paired with a simple black bodysuit and I was even thinking about pairing it with a red sweater. This would be a perfect Holiday Party outfit when paired with a red sweater.  I also am loving over the knee boots lately and I think they really lengthen the look of your legs. I am 5’3 so I’m pretty petite and I haven’t had any issues with boots being too tall. These Steve Madden ones are such a great find they feel designer at a quarter of the price! Its hard to come across a pair of quality boots that are at this price point. Another thing I really loved about these ones is there is a zipper so they are way easier to get on then some boots I own that you literally need someone to help pull them off LOL.

Hope everyone has an amazing Monday and an even better week! As always I would love to hear from anyone so please feel free to comment or send me an email! I will like all outfit details below.

Under $50 Holiday Gift Guide

Hi Friends!

So the holiday season is finally upon us so bring on the gift guides! This is going to be the first of a few gift guides I am going to be doing this holiday season so I would love to hear if anyone wants to see anything specific! This fist gift guide is going to have a ton of stuff under $50- many of the items are even under $30.  So there is something for everyone here. Whether it be stocking stuffer or gift for a family member there are a lot of option that I am going to link here for you guys!

1.) LED Vanity Makeup Mirror– This has to be one of the best things I own to date! This seriously changed how I put my make up. The light is amazing and it allows you to see every ounce of makeup you are putting on. No more going out into the sunlight and wondering if you had a mirror in front of you while doing your makeup LOL! It’s also way cheaper then the $200 Riki one and works just as well.

2.) Leopard Scarf– This makes such a great gift for any female. Its simple and matches with so much. I wear my leopard scarf at least once a week during the winter months. It adds to any outfit and you can be any age and its still going to be a stylish piece in your wardrobe. This scarf is also under $20 from Nordstrom and great quality.

3.) Teddy Bear Hoodie– I’m not one to spend a ton of money on trendy items- and one of this seasons biggest trends is these super soft teddy bear hoodies. This one is very decently priced and is under $40. Its super soft and soooo warm. I can see myself sitting in this in my house this winter while its snowing. SO cozy and makes a perfect gift.

4.) Designer Dupe Backpack– This backpack is AMAZING its actually on my Christmas list.  Backpacks are the biggest hit this season, so instead of spending thousands of dollars on a designer backpack, you can get this one for WAY cheaper. This one is around $70 but there are certain colors you can get for under $50. It seriously looks EXACTLY like the designer one and comes in a ton of different colors.

5.) Pearl Earrings– My friend sent these to me today and I was instantly in love with them! They are under $10 and soo cute. They are super simple and make a great stocking stuffer or even a great gift to a friend. I will 100% be purchasing a pair of these to wear this holiday season.

6.) Leopard Jacket– I have had my eyes on this jacket for some time now. All last year I kept seeing them everywhere and I couldn’t get myself to spend $100 on a jacket like this.  This one is under $35 and looks exactly like all the ones that are over a $100.

7.) Designer Dupe Crossbody Bag– This is another designer dupe I have been obsessing over! It looks identical to the designer one and comes in a ton of different colors. Its under $45 and would make a perfect gift!

8.) Tyler Candle Co Candle– this is BY FAR my favorite item on this entire list. These candles smell UNREAL. I get the scent “high maintenance” and its my absolute favorite. I also get their laundry detergent in this same scent. It definitely is on the pricey side for laundry detergent but I love to do my sheets and towels in it because it smells that good.

9.) Plush Blanket– This is probably top 3 of my favorite things on this list. Firstly because it is SO soft and cozy and also because its under $40 which is unbeatable for a blanket that is both great quality and is cute enough to be left out on your couch.  This blanket is the perfect gift for someone hosting a holiday party at their home or anyone who loves cozy stuff! (who doesn’t though?)

10.) Slipper Socks– OK lets me honest here-who wouldn’t want a pair of these slipper socks?! I basically live in slippers during the winter months. This is another great stocking stuffer and is perfect for people of all ages.

11.) Tech Friendly Gloves– These gloves are perfect for that person who is always on their phone. They are tech friendly and your touch screen on your phone still works while wearing these, which if you have ever worn gloves before your touch screen on your phone absolutely does not work while wearing normal gloves lol (I’ve tried).

12.) Pom Pom Winter Hat– Last but not least THESE HATS. I’m slightly obsessed with anything that has pom poms on it this season (the more the better) I think I have about 5 pom pom hats that I rotate between during the winter. There are so many of these so I will include some of my favorites in all my gift guides this holiday season.

Hope everyone can find something out of this for someone on there Christmas lists! If you have any questions or want to see something specific please let me know by commenting or sending me an email!

Cozy Sweater Dress Outfit

Hey Everyone!

I’m soo excited to share this look with you all today. Im really picky when it comes to wearing sweater dresses because sometimes I feel like they are too short, or too long or just don’t look right with a pair over over the knee boots. BUT I found the best dress ever from Free People and it comes in two different colors. I think both would make such cute Thanksgiving outfits too! It comes in the black color I am wearing and also in an orange color. Normal I wouldn’t be one to wear orange but I’m thinking about picking this dress up in the orange for Thanksgiving it would be so perfect! You can pair this dress with boots, or even booties or a pair of heels. It has been selling out super fast but it looks like it was just restocked so I would get it while its in stock!

Skirt and Bodysuit Outfit for Fall

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Is it just me or do weekends seem to be going by  a little too quickly lately?! I had a pretty laid back weekend just catching up on some stuff around the house. I did run into Home Goods yesterday and I couldn’t believe what a winter wonderland it was! There were sooo many Christmas decorations out already and it made me even more excited for the Holidays.

I put together this super cute look that would be perfect for any Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving festivities you may have going on during these next few weeks! I absolutely love the way over the knee boots look with skirts and my Stuart Weitzman ones do not disappoint! I have had them for almost 3 years now and they have remained in great condition even though I do wear them a decent amount during the fall and winter months. They are definitely an investment piece but really are a great addition to your wardrobe.   I will link all of my outfit details underneath the photos below!

Sephora Haul & 20% Off Sale

Sooo my favorite time of year is upon us and one of the absolute best sales of the year is also here! This weekend Rouge members can get 20% off at Sephora- and if you are anything like me this is my time to stock up on some of my everyday holy grail beauty products! I listed out some of my recent purchases all of which are rebuys for me and products that I have tested and used for a while now.

1.) Wide Awake Brightening Cream-  Okay so this is one of the best eye products I have ever used! I have used my fair share of eye creams and this one is one of the most effective. It’s super cooling under your eyes and goes on really well under makeup. The only downside to this product is the packaging. I wish it came in more of a little pot container because its hard to get all the product out. Other then that this is an awesome product!

2.) Ambient Lighting Bronzer–  This is the ONLY bronzer I have used in probably over 2 years. It is super natural looking and doesn’t look orange on your skin. I also use it in both the summer and winter and it looks really natural during both seasons.

3.) Ole Henrikson Makeup Wipes– I get the 100 pack of these wipes because its such a good deal! You get 100 makeup wipes for $30 and they take your makeup off sooo easily and they make your skin feel so fresh and clean. These are great if you have dry or sensitive skin because they are infused with vitamins B, C and E which are all really good for your skin! They are also supposed to help if you have skin redness!

4.) Brazilian Bum Bum Cream–  I used this cream all over my body before my wedding and it made my skin sooo soft and glowy. The price is a little steep for a jar of lotion but if you have a vacation or special event coming up this is worth the price! It is supposed to firm your skin and help with elasticity which is why It works so well.

5.) IGK Charcoal Dry Shampoo– This dry shampoo is AMAZING- I used to have to wash my hair almost everyday and now I can go three to four days without washing it. It sounds gross LOL but the charcoal helps absorb any oil in your scalp and makes your hair smell so good. It also has white tea powder in it to soothe your scalp. I also found out a few years ago the less you wash your hair the better. Not washing your hair keeps it shiny and strong so this dry shampoo has been a life saver for me. I have tried multiple drug store and department store dry shampoos but this one is hands down the best one.

6.) Resveratol Lift Face Cream– This product is something I started using pretty recently. I was using the La Mer soft cream for a while but at $300 a jar, it just wasn’t worth it anymore. I had a Sephora Associate recommend this product to me. She told me its very similar to the the La Mer soft cream and she was soo right. I might actually even like it better! It helps with fine lines and wrinkles, dry skin, and your skin’s elasticity. I have also found that it goes on so well under my makeup and could be used in place of a makeup primer.

Hope you guys find this article informative and as always I would be so happy to answer any questions anyone has at all! Please just leave a comment or send me an email!
