Pineapple Mango Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk (start with 1/4 if it seems like it needs more liquid add the other half)

Instructions
 

  • Add the liquid to the blender first and then add the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl or pan and freeze for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
