Slow Cooker Peach Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 small white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 6 peaches sliced (skin on it softens)
  • ΒΌ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken thighs, sliced onions, peaches, vinegar, spices and salt and pepper in the slow cooker and mix together well.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4-5 hours. About 30 minutes before finishing add in the fresh basil leaves.
  • Top with extra sliced peaches and basil and serve over rice or pasta. I like to add in a little hot sauce too!
