Slow Cooker Peach Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 small white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 6 peaches sliced (skin on it softens)
  • ΒΌ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken thighs, sliced onions, peaches, vinegar, spices and salt and pepper in the slow cooker and mix together well.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4-5 hours. About 30 minutes before finishing add in the fresh basil leaves.
  3. Top with extra sliced peaches and basil and serve over rice or pasta. I like to add in a little hot sauce too!
