Slow Cooker Peach Chicken

Warm weather can’t stop me from enjoying slow cooker meals!

Slow cooker peach chicken is a wonderful dish that can be enjoyed not only during cold weather but also in the warm summer months. The slow cooker method ensures that the chicken becomes incredibly tender and juicy, creating a delicious texture that is so satisfying no matter the weather outside. So, whether I’m seeking comfort on a chilly day or a hassle-free meal during the heat, slow cooker peach chicken is so YUMMY!

I am a big fan of slow cooker meals all year long since they make my life easier. Usually my days are pretty busy and the last thing I want to do is cook dinner. With this meal I throw everything into the crockpot early in the morning and let it cook throughout the day. It makes my house smell amazing too! and the best part is its using seasonal produce and I usually will go pick the basil from my yard.

You can enjoy it as a standalone main dish alongside fresh salads or grilled vegetables for a light and satisfying summer meal. I like to serve this with some wild rice or pasta and its also toddler approved.
