Chocolate Chip S'mores Cups

Ingredients
  

  • Cookie dough (if using remade I used Pillsbury and use a little more then half of a large roll. Each cup needs about 2 large spoonfuls of dough)
  • 12 Large Marshmellows
  • Hershey chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place two heaping spoonfuls of cookie dough into a muffin/cupcake tray and press down gently.
  2. Bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes and remove when the edges start to brown.
  3. Spray a shot glass with cooking spray and press the shot glass down into a small cup.
  4. Place one marshmellow in each cup and broil for a minute. Watch carefully! Then brown fast.
  5. Once done remove from the oven and place a piece of chocolate on top of each marshmallow filled cooked. Allow to melt and enjoy!
