16 ozrotini pasta cooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water
2cupswhole dill pickles diced
1 1/2cupscheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
1-2tbsp fresh dill chopped
Dressing:
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupplain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2tbspdill pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil Pasta and allow it to cool completely.While Pasta is cooling chop up pickles and dill.
In a large salad bowl add the cooled pasta, dill pickles, cheese, fresh dill, and dressing ingredients. (I added the dressing ingredients to the bowl individually but you can also mix it in a bowl first.)
