Margarita Dip

Course: Appetizer, Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 limes - juiced
  • lime zest

Method
 

  1. In a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Add the triple sec, tequila, lime juice and zest and mix and combine.
  3. Remove from the mixer and fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Place in serving dish, top with lime zest. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  5. Serve with pretzels (I love the butter snap ones!)
