Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 jalapeño (more if you like it spicy) seeds removed
  • 1 small can of green chilis
  • 14.5 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 3-4 small fresh tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 small fresh tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add the onion garlic and jalapeño to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until chopped.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients (tomato, green chilis, sugar, salt, cilantro, lime) and pulse a few times but do not over-blend it. Serve with tortilla chips!
