Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM CAKE!

This summer, you’ll absolutely love this chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cake, and there are plenty of reasons why you should try making it! Trust me, this is easier than you might think.

First off, this is the perfect treat to beat the summer heat. It’s like having your favorite cookies and ice cream in one dessert. The creamy ice cream and the sweet cookie dough chunks combination is simply irresistible. This kind of reminds me of the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream sandwiches I made last year that you guys all loved! Just in cake form. And who doesn’t love cookie dough? I get the edible cookie dough that you can find at your local grocery store. It usually will say it right on the label.

To make this use a springform pan (this makes it way easier I will link the one I used). I also like to freeze each layer and I make this. It makes it easier to work with. I have also used half cookie dough ice cream and half chocolate and that’s also delicious! My last tip when making this- free this overnight! It will be easier to cut. Hope you guys enjoy!
