Sheet Pan Sausage & Peppers Tortellini

Course Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper - sliced
  • 1 white onion - sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (can also use fresh)
  • 4 links chicken sausage (I like the Applegate brand)
  • 16 oz frozen cheese Tortellini
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (I don't typically measure this and make sure that everything is coated VERY well)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut up the veggies and sausage.
  • Add everything to a large bowl and add the olive oil, spices, and parmesan. Mix well making sure everything is VERY well coated with olive oil. This is very important.
  • Bake in the oven for about 17-22 minutes flipping everything halfway through. Once sausage starts to slightly brown and peppers and onions are soft.
